Decatur man digs up Civil War cannonball

A man in Georgia received a scare when he found a Civil War era cannon ball while digging in his yard. The bomb squad was called in to handle the situation, as the cannon ball is a kind loaded with gunpowder and possibly still explosive. The man refused to evacuate his house during the ordeal. Thankfully everything worked out, but this is a cautionary tale to those who unearth ancient relics.
