Plum Borough School District Superintendent Timothy Glasspool banned students from wearing confederate flag clothes. The ban comes after a black student was offended by another student wearing clothes with the confederate flag on them. The black student said the flag represented slavery and bondage and was offended that their fellow students would wear this clothing.
