A Mississippi attorney has vowed to keep fighting his battle to have the rebel X removed from the state flag, citing as unconstitutional the hostile environment created by the flag’s ‘symbol of slavery’, despite the fact that a district judge has indicated no injury has been proven. The state’s governor has agreed with the judge.
