It would seem that big cities aren’t the place minorities want to be. Even with their progressive liberal views on welfare the high cost of living makes it near impossible for minorities to call these places home. Less regulation and smaller government involvement make places that were formally confederate optimal places for minorities to find well paying jobs and live out the American dream more readily.
