Group constructs private Confederate monument

Campbell County, Virginia now now has a private confederate monument that was built a group of organizers. This was built by the organizers on private property, therefore the state of Virginia can not touch or do anything about the monument. One of the organizers responsible for helping build the monument also built a memorial along with it for his late wife.
