The 150th Daughters of the Confederacy held a meeting at the Linwood Cemetery in Columbus. The cemetery is home to many of the veterans who served in the War between the States, and continues to see internments from people whose family members are buried there. A confederate memorial service was held, and a wreath was presented on behalf of the soldiers who gave their lives fighting for the Confederacy.
