Yassky Properties has filed a lawsuit against their tenant William Green, who has begun displaying confederate flags from his East Village apartment. NYPD officers have needed to be stationed at the building in order to prevent continued incidents, which have included rocks being thrown at the building. These incidents follow the August 12 incidents occurring in Charlottesville, Virginia in which a white nationalist plowed his vehicle into a crowd of protesters.
