RIP: Scout secures marker for ex-mayor

A former mayor of St. Mary’s has finally gotten a headstone dedicated to them. This is all in thanks to Michael Jarros. Charles Francis Bullock is the name of the mayor and the scout has been working two years in order to secure a headstone for the mayor. Michael did this as part of a community service project.
