The Civil War Trust Teacher Institute, held this year in Richmond, VA, is a great resource for History teachers with an interest in the civil war. The author attended this year’s program with the Civil War Trust, leading a talk and a tour of the Crater. The rich selection of historically interesting locations in Richmond added to this year’s Teacher’s Institute.
