
City officials are investigating the cost of changing the names of three streets. These streets are named after confederate generals. It has been found that this would be expensive for both the city and residents on these streets. It would be well over ten thousand to for the city to just replace all the street sign. Also, residents on these streets would need to pay to change their address on each of these streets would need to pay to change their address on all necessary forms such as drivers licenses.
