The Delaware County Farm Bureau will rethink its entry policy of their July 4th parade after some parade-goers were upset by a vehicle prominently waving the Confederate flag. Before this incident there were no fees to sign up for the parade and floats were not vetted. A march in protest of the incident is being planned.
