A Confederate flag is going to be displayed during a parade in Summerville. A southern heritage group has raised a lot of concern over their intent to fly a Confederate flag at a parade. The Carolina Flaggers along with The Sons of Confederate Veterans have been issued permits to participate in the parade. People are upset because they feel it has nothing to do with Christmas.
