Did Obama Ban Confederate Flags at Cemeteries!?

Is the Confederate flag a symbol of American history or a reminder of a past that many would like to forget? Recently, the Veteran Affairs Department, decided to ban the display of the Confederate Flag at any of their cemeteries. Congress rejected that plan, but President Obama chose to ignore them and impose tough restrictions on any display of the flag. Senator Jared Huffman, who wanted these restrictions, believed this ban was also needed as a response to what some of Presidential candidate Donald Trumps followers espouse. This is battle that will not be over soon.
