New controversy is surrounding the Gadsden flag. This flag that features the words, “Don’t tread on me” from the Revolutionary war times is now popular in limited government groups. The wearing of this flag in the workplace could now be considered harassment just as the wearing of the confederate flag in the workplace. How do you feel about this flag and what it means?
