The EEOC is currently viewing and deciding if anyone that is wearing the Gadsden Flag can be considered workplace harassment. Southern flags have recently gone under recent criticism for being racist. Though the origins of the flag do not directly come from a racist beginning, it is also linked to certain events that make the flag a symbol of racist.
