The Chesterfield Historical Society and the Magnolia Grange House Museum hosted a special event about the role horses played during the American Civil War. The event called “Horses of Robert E. Lee”, is aimed at viewing the subject through the Civil War’s most famous rider, Confederate General Robert E. Lee.
