A city in Alabama called Jasper has been declared a sanctuary city for the Confederate flag. There are a lot of people that like the flag, and there are a lot of people that do not like it. Both sides are not willing to agree with the other. One man named Ray Corbin believe sit is his constitutional right that no one can take from him.
