Man complains about boats at Alton Marina with Confederate flags

One man has made complaints about boats at Alton Marina that have Confederate flags on them. But, there is nothing anyone can do to remove them because the constitution prevents people from being able to get rid of the expressions of other people because they find them offensive. The city cannot regulate freedom.
