The Mississippi flag has been ordered back up at Ocean Springs City Hall. The state flag that has the Confederate emblem will fly again at Ocean Springs City Hall. There was a 6 to 1 vote that took place on Tuesday that required flying the flag at City Hall and other city buildings.
