A confederate group has decided to sue the city of San Antonio, Texas over the removal of a Travis Park statue. The plaintiff, Robert Terrazas, said that the removal of the statue is a violation of multiple Amendments. Additionally, she argues she was not granted enough time to challenge the vote to remove the statue. Terrazas is one of three plaintiffs listed in the federal lawsuit. The suit is also seeking monetary damages.
