Arizona State Rep. Geraldine Peten is placing Rep Todd Clodfelter on a harrassment report for his laptop screensaver display of a confederate report seen during a routine required meeting among the representatives. Ms Peten is claiming the display creates a “hostile work environment.” Ms Peten, a democrat from Goodyear, will be discussing the issue with Mr. Clodfelter, a republican from Tucson. Mr. Clodfelter denies any intentional wrongdoing, stating that his perception of the flag is different because he was raised in the south. He also stated he looks forward to talking to Ms Peten, but feels they will just have to “agree to disagree.”
