Biked, Blues and BBQ, an annual Fayetteville, Arkansas event that draws many thousands, has sparked a petition that brings first amendment rights into question. Community members started a petition to ban people from flying the Confederate flag during the event. Petitioners believe the symbolism of the Confederate flag is inappropriate, especially in light of recent racial tensions across the country.
A First Amendment right in question, at a popular annual Dickson Street event.
